Full-time teachers will be responsible for teaching multiple different subject areas. Job Description High school teachers will be tasked with delivering excellent instruction in their respective subject areas in a way that communicates Chesterton's mission and vision. Essential skills for this role include:

• expertise in the subject matter
• thoughtful lesson planning
• effective organization
• clear communication, including with students, parents, faculty, staff, and school leadership
• practical wisdom
• ability to create a classroom atmosphere that fosters joy, respect, wonder, and participation
• desire for continuous learning and growth intellectually, professionally, and spiritually

Full-time teachers will be responsible for teaching multiple different subject areas.
