**Job Title: Check-In Specialist** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Driver Check-In Coordinator to join our team at a bustling warehouse. The ideal candidate will manage driver check-ins, facilitate communication between drivers and the warehouse crew, and ensure the smooth operation of delivery schedules. **Responsibilities** + Check in drivers and provide them with instructions and parking information. + Update the system with completed orders and communicate with the warehouse crew on work orders. + Take calls from drivers and guide them to the facility. + Schedule appointments and deliveries at the warehouse and client locations. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks. + Strong customer service skills. + Experience with scheduling drivers and managing inventory. + Ability to multitask using internal inventory systems and email platforms like Outlook. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with document control. + Ability to effectively communicate with drivers, clients, and coworkers. + Thick skin and resilience when communicating in a fast-paced environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive 401k matching up to 3%, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement both locally and nationally. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
