CMS is developing a dedicated team to champion organizational change management throughout our digital transformation. At the center of this effort is our new Change Management Manager, who will lead the Customer Experience and Adoption division. The position will drive the people side of strategic transformation, helping employees embrace new systems and processes, improve day-to-day experience, and build lasting change readiness. This position will bring together stakeholder engagement, communications, training, system deployment, and sustainable support structures.
