We’re seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home care. This 1099 Independent Contractor role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work outside traditional clinical settings.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home housekeeping, bathing and dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting medication, and mobility. Always follow continence care as defined by the Plan of Care.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
- Educate patients and their families about health and wellness.
What We're Looking For
- State CNA License
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clients’ homes.
- Experience in home health or hospital settings preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check and have current CPR certification.
