Pay & Benefits:
Training program: 4–6 weeks of paid on the road instruction with an experienced mentor.
Orientation bonus: $300 added to your first check.
After training: $0.56–$0.64 CPM depending on miles and performance.
Average weekly pay: $1,300 as a solo driver.
1,600–2,200 average miles weekly.
100% no touch freight and 50% drop and hook.

Rider and pet policy available post training.
Schedule & Home Time:
4–6 weeks paid on the road during mentorship.

Requirements:
CDL-A license from a certified training school.

No DUIs within 5 years and clean driving record.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
