In this role, you'll conduct outbound calls and gather survey responses on a range of topics. This position offers both part-time and full-time hours with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do:

Conduct outbound phone calls to gather survey responses.
Follow a script and ask survey questions clearly.
Record responses accurately.
Perform telephone interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys.
No sales or collections involved!
What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills and clear phone etiquette.
Comfort and confidence speaking on the phone.
Basic computer and typing skills (30 words per minute required).
A good understanding of customer service principles.
Experience:

No previous experience needed; we provide paid training.
Open to applicants aged 16 and older.
Schedules Available:

Flexible evening and weekend shifts.
Choose your own schedule (18-40 hours per week) from available options.
One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
Pay:

$12 per hour.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) certified representatives earn $12.50 per hour.
Bilingual premium of $0.50 after certification.
