About the Role:

As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will engage in meaningful conversations with survey respondents on a variety of topics. Your main tasks will include making outbound calls, reading provided scripts, asking questions, and recording responses. You'll conduct interviews, polls, and customer satisfaction surveys—no sales or collections involved. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team making a real difference through valuable research!

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills and a clear phone voice
Comfort with talking on the phone
Basic reading, computer, and typing skills
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute (test your skills here)
Understanding of good customer service practices

Experience Needed:

No prior experience required—paid training provided
Open to applicants aged 16 and up

Flexible Schedules:

Evening and weekend shifts available
Choose your own schedule (18-40 hours per week)
Pay starts at $12 per hour; $12.50 per hour for bilingual (Spanish/English) once certified
One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) required
