We are looking for a C2 Network Systems Engineer to join our team to support the Mid-Range Capability program.

The successful candidate will serve as C2 Network Systems Engineer for the Program Executive Office – Missiles and Space Mid-Range Capability Project Office (MRCPO), which is responsible for the development, testing, integration, and fielding of the Army’s Mid-Range Capability (MRC) missile system.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Advise MRCPO in the design, development, fielding, and modernization of the Battery Operation Center (BOC) as part of the Army Mid-Range Capability.
• Assist with the systems architecture and federated integration of the:
  • Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS)
  • Aegis Weapon System (AWS)
  • Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
  • Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) in the MRC Battery Operations Center.
• Other duties as assigned.

At a minimum you should have:

• US Citizenship and an active SECRET security clearance.
• A bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 10+ years experience in system engineering.
• 5+ years experience in systems engineering for a DoD weapons system acquisition program office or OEM Experience in network/IP configurations management.

You will be highly desirable if you have:

• An active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with technical missile system fire direction and power systems development.
• Experience with the:
  • Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS)
  • Aegis Weapon System (AWS)
  • Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
  • Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS).
• Experience with fielded DoD internet terminal systems (Starlink, SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP), T2Network Systems).
• Experience conducting reviews of entrance and exit criteria.
• Knowledge of system interface requirements and requirements management as well as techniques to drive system behaviors.

Estimated Salary Range: $135,000-$160,000
