Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE with our client in Palo Alto, CA Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Processes purchase requests (depending on thresholds), adds necessary information (Commodity Code (ESN), INCOTERMS).
  • Analyses material availability and manages purchase orders, including tracking and checking content, to ensure a cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials according to demand.
  • Takes care of compliance with client procurement rules and the use of client contract partners based on click4suppliers easy and FPL to ensure the use of competitive Terms and conditions and, thus, the highest feasible CNI.
  • Maintain and update supplier master data (if mandated) in SAP in coordination with regional procurement, and archive documents according to local regulations to keep the database current.
  • Generate savings to contribute to the business's success and make results transparent.
  • Actively cooperates with all other parties involved, passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain.
  • Forwards systematically all relevant procurement-related project information (updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants current.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the PO process.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Vendor/supplier relationship management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in working with SQEs and quality teams.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Professional communication.
  • Familiarity with shared drives.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel).
  • Flexibility for occasional early meetings (6 AM for global calls).
