The Bradford Agency, powered by Quility, is looking for a Business Partner to join our team in our Remote Eastern or Central time zone Offices.

• You are a LEADER.  (Whether currently in a leadership position or not - you KNOW you are!)
• You are MOTIVATED to achieve... no matter what (so long as it's 100% legal and ethical)!

• You want to earn what YOU KNOW YOU'RE WORTH!  (You just need the right opportunity.
• You are CONFIDENT enough in your abilities (and/or your ability to learn) that you don't want someone else limiting how much you can earn... You want to earn what you're worth based on your efforts, skills, and motivation.  you're happier to be paid based on Commission, knowing that you can get paid multiple times daily, via personal earnings as well as team overrides - because you KNOW that you can outearn any salary cap.

• I have 23+ years of commission only experience in this field... I will Mentor you to help you succeed at your highest level.
• The Company I am bringing you into has an Incredible track record of growth is now in its 15th year and we have over 7,000 Independent contractors across the Country.
• The franchise-like systems are in place and have been proven successful.  There is no charge for the proven training, tools, CRM, Mentorship, etc.
• You Do Not need to leave your current job in order to get started.  You can maintain your current job and start part-time with the intent of leaving your current job once you are very comfortable that you can replace (or double, or triple, etc.) your current income.
• T here is no salary or draw.  This is a high Commission sales position leading into partnership and ownership.  I am NOT looking for someone who wants a guarantee... I am looking for someone who KNOWS that with the proven system, coaching and support, that THEY BECOME their own Guarantee!
• You are 100% in control of the number of hours you decide to put in, as well as what those hours are.

• You could and should earn well over $150,000 or even $300,000 your first year - (Many have done so and much more) but YOU have to put in the effort of you will fall short.  I am looking for people who want to earn in excess of $250,000 their first year and build Contractual Ownership for themselves and their family.  Can I guarantee that you will?  NO... because it isn't up to me.  IT'S 100% up to YOU.  We have had first year Partners earn over $450,000 in their first year and we have had people quit before they made a dime.  I can only give you the opportunity, systems, guidance, support and tools you need to be successful.  It's up to you to maximize your opportunity.
