Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Tableau dashboardsand data visualizations.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights for both internal teams and customers.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and customer communicationsto highlight operational
and financial trends. - Support customer success and sales initiatives by managing data and relationships.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance data capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degreein Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field (graduate
degree preferred). - 1-3 yearsof experience in customer relationship support and corporate-level presentations.
- Proficiency in Tableau, MySQL (preferred), Salesforce (preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environmentwith office presence required.
- Confidence and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
