**We are seeking a Breast Surgical Oncologist for our growing team in California. This role will embrace patient-focused care through close cooperation with our well-established, multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. If interested in hearing more details, please respond to this posting and I will be in touch asap!** **Key Responsibilities:** + Clinical Expertise: Utilize your advanced knowledge and surgical skills to treat patients with breast disease. + Patient Care: Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring that patients and their families are well-informed, supported and comfortable throughout their treatment journey. + Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists and radiologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. + Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in breast surgical oncology bringing new approaches and technology to the practice and community when appropriate. + Education: Provide education and support to patients, families and the community regarding breast concer prevention, screening and treatment options. **Salary:** $400k-$420k (plus generous bonus) with Multiple Year Salary Guarantee.
