Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for over 30 years, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Harrisburg, IL .

Responsibilities:

* Perform assessments to identify individuals' strengths, needs, and behavioral challenges.
* Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
* Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, utilizing behavior analytic techniques to promote behavior change and skill development.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working closely wth families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care.

Qualifications:

* Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the state of Illinois.
* Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
