Job Overview
Liona Enterprises is a seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Biostatistician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis and a passion for applying their expertise to the fields of healthcare and clinical research. As a Biostatistician, you will play a crucial role in designing studies, analyzing data, and interpreting results to contribute to advancements in medical science. Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement statistical analyses for clinical trials and epidemiological studies.
- Collaborate with researchers to develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans.
- Perform data management tasks, including data cleaning, validation, and preparation for analysis.
- Utilize statistical software (such as R) for data analysis and visualization.
- Interpret results and prepare comprehensive reports, including visual representations of data findings.
- Provide guidance on bioinformatics approaches to enhance data interpretation.
- Stay current with advancements in biostatistics, epidemiology, and related fields to ensure best practices are followed.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
A Master's Degree in Public Health, Biostatistics , Epidemiology or related field is required
- Strong knowledge of biostatistics, epidemiology, and clinical trial methodology.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R.
- Possess experience in Utilizing surveillance systems - Disease, Early notification Registry.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics concepts and tools is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings.
- Understanding of MS Office,
- Background in biochemistry or quantum engineering can enhance analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough data analyses with attention to detail.
