Job Description

EHC is currently looking for a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator for a client in the south Houston, TX area.

Recruiting Coordinator:

This position provides a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support the recruiting and onboarding team. This team is a shared service providing support to the 14 companies that comprise the Texas Pipe Family of Companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist hiring managers in Job requisition creation and create additional job ads as needed.
  • Conduct employment related research and assist recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews on candidates meeting job requirements.
  • Understand the fundamentals of candidate assessment and relationship building.
  • Handle candidate scheduling, applicant tracking, and providing administrative support.
  • Represent and promote the organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
  • Assist in onboarding and rehire processes for new employees, inclusive of background checks and drug screenings.
  • Partnership in organization and attendance of recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  • Adherence to business/personal data privacy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
