Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies.
  • Develop new programs and adjust existing programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team, including directors, parents, and support networks, to review case progress.
  • Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists in policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, and authorizations.
  • Maintain a caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties.

Must Haves:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Masters degree with completed ABA coursework.
  • Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
  • Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members about schedules and client needs.

Nice to Haves:

  • Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates may qualify for increased base pay.
  • Aptitude for higher-level management functions as required.

Location:
1 day a week WFH with occasional travel required.

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually.
