New York City's esteemed La Grande Boucherie is hiring in Miami! We are looking for experienced  Barbacks   who are excited to join us on our new endeavor. Our barbacks are hospitable, warm, and high-spirited who have fine-dining experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment! The Barback is responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving consistently excellent beverages to guests, following all restaurant procedures and recipes.

Essential Functions:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Must have basic math skills
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude at all times
• Polished personal presentation; Grooming meets Company standards, as outlined by Employee Handbook
• Communicates information effectively and efficiently
• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions
• Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintains professionalism when working under stress
• Adherence to company, state, and local sanitation standards
• Strict adherence to posted schedule and clock in/out at times
• Unpack, stock, & organize all items in and around the restaurant to maintain the highest level of cleanliness possible

*In an effort to optimize earnings for our team members, the Restaurant applies an automatic service charge to all guest bills. Unlike voluntary gratuities (tips), the automatic service charge is mandatory and paid directly to the Restaurant. During your employment with the Restaurant, the Restaurant will pay you a portion of the compulsory service charges as your wages for all hours worked.
