Austin Sports Club pairs luxury dining with an immersive, sports-driven atmosphere in the heart of downtown. We’re looking for a  Mixologist / Bar Manager who can champion a truly elevated beverage program—balancing sophisticated craft cocktails, thoughtful spirits and wine knowledge, and best-in-class hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-level cocktail program, including seasonal menus, signature builds, house infusions, and precise technique-driven recipes.
• Lead all bar operations: inventory management, ordering, scheduling, vendor partnerships, and cost controls.
• Train, mentor, and hold the bar team to standards of consistency, efficiency, and polished service.
• Maintain impeccable bar organization, setup/breakdown systems, sanitation, and compliance with TABC and safety regulations.
• Partner closely with FOH/BOH leadership to optimize service flow, pairings, and special-event programming.
• Protect and enhance our premium, sports-forward guest experience-every shift, every drink.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of bar leadership, head bartender, or mixology-driven experience in upscale or high-volume environments.
• Deep craft-cocktail expertise with strong technical skills (spirit knowledge, balance, methodology, batching, prep systems).
• Preferred:  Level 1 Somm or equivalent foundational wine knowledge to support pairings, by-the-glass selections, and staff education.
• Demonstrated ability to manage bar financial performance: COGS control, shrink/waste reduction, and accurate inventory cycles.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, professionalism, and guest-engagement skills.
• Genuine passion for refined hospitality and building a beverage program with identity and creativity.
