Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for a solid Truck Technician who knows their way around trucks and diesel systems and takes pride in doing the job right. This isn’t entry-level. We need someone with certifications and real experience, and Ford truck experience is a big plus. If you’re dependable, skilled, and want to work in a shop that respects good technicians, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing: * Diagnosing and repairing truck and diesel systems * Performing maintenance and more advanced mechanical repairs * Using proper diagnostic tools and following OEM procedures * Turning quality work efficiently and correctly the first time * Working as part of a professional, calm and productive service team What We’re Looking For: * Diesel/truck-related certifications required (ASE, OEM, or equivalent) * Proven experience as a Truck Technician * Ford truck and diesel experience strongly preferred * Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail * Valid driver’s license * Must pass pre-employment background screenings What We Offer:
