We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Maintenance Department . As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of automation systems, the efficiency of equipment and processes, and contribute to maintaining our high technical and safety standards.

In your role as Automation Front Line Manager , you will focus on overseeing automation and electrical systems, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the development of innovative solutions that ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate the operation, maintenance, inspections, and repairs of equipment and utilities to ensure uninterrupted warehouse and production operations.

• Lead and develop the automation and electrical team, providing training, technical guidance, and performance evaluations.

• Identify root causes of technical issues, define corrective action plans, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Act as local project owner for automation and electrical improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and improve KPIs related to equipment performance, energy consumption, and maintenance efficiency.

• Manage contractual relationships with external suppliers of equipment, spare parts, and services.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, H&S, ISCIR, FM Global, food safety, and company procedures.

• Support installation, commissioning, and modernization of industrial equipment and production lines.

• Maintain and optimize spare parts inventory (strategic, critical, and consumable items) to minimize downtime.

• Prepare and update maintenance plans, technical procedures, critical defect analyses, and training plans.

• Drive sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with PepsiCo’s technical and technological standards as well as legal requirements.

• Maintain and update all technical documentation related to equipment, maintenance activities, and safety regulations.

• Higher education: Technical faculty, automation faculty is an advantage;
• Experience in technical field: minimum 3 years - 5 years
• Experience in coordinating teams in a similar role minimum 1 year
• Knowledge of equipment and installations in the area of ​​production and logistics utilities, as well as operation and maintenance;
• Knowledge of English PC operation: MS Office and GEHSMS, CMMS, TIA Portal, Beckhoff, AWM systems
• Analysis skills, to find and solve the cause of problems.

Location & work schedule:

• Location based: PepsiCo Beverages Plant - Dragomiresti Deal;
• The work schedule is 09:00 - 17:30 , Monday - Friday.
