RSCS, a Full-Service Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company is now hiring Low-Temp Refrigeration Service Technicians. RSCS actively promotes a solid 'team environment' and is seeking technicians who enjoy working on HVAC-R systems AND who like to work within an actively supportive team ecosystem.
Responsibilities and Duties
Field service of an established customer base with some travel to surrounding areas. This IS NOT an entry level position and requires 3-5 years of experience with Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration and/or Commercial Freon Refrigeration Service.
Qualifications and Skills
Our ideal candidate will be able to think quickly on their feet and be able to problem solve effectively. Our ideal candidate must also have a keen knowledge of the refrigeration cycle as well as electricity and controls and should enjoy servicing a variety of equipment across multiple facilities.
This position requires someone who has the knowledge, skillset, and tools to walk into any client's facility and has the confidence to troubleshoot and repair equipment when the facility operators cannot and is skilled in start-up of refrigeration systems.
Also, must be dependable, hands-on, self-motivated, a self-starter, well organized and detail oriented, willing to travel and be on call in a rotation. Clean driving record required.
