Job Description

Position Summary:

This is a seasonal part- or full-time position. The Ticket Window Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer and guest service and having broad knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Sell the guests their tickets in a quick and friendly manner.
• Knowledge of all ticket products and any restrictions they may carry.
• Provide guidance to guests unfamiliar with Jiminy’s ticket purchase policies.
• Responsible for banks and balancing their daily sales.
• Knowledge of other Jiminy departments and their services available.

Qualifications:

• 14 years of age and up.
• Basic computer skills.
• Math skills.
• Personable.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and holiday periods.
• Flexibility when it comes to a work schedule.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast -paced environment.
• If over 18, must submit to Criminal Background Check (CORI).
